Fixing a Car With Your iPhone

Time for a new video, and since the UK is enjoying some lovely weather it’s time to head outside and have a look at a Check Engine warning light on my Zafira and see if I can use my iPhone to help fix it.

If you want to try out connecting to your car with an iPhone you can buy the OBD adapter that I used in the video at Amazon below

Not supported? Pah!

Just because it isn’t supposed to work, it doesn’t mean that it won’t work.

In this video I upgrade my 2011 MacBook Pro with a Broadcom BCM94331PCIEBT4CAX combo Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE card so that it can support AirDrop with iOS devices as well as Continuity features such as Handoff and Instant Hotspot.
