Video thoughts...

... tinkering.

I have long been a fan of 3D modelling, It probably all started back in the early 90s when Apple released the first version of QuickTime and we all marveled at tiny jerky video on our Mac IIcx. There was this wonderful piece of 3D which Apple released on a developer test CD called Harry the Head, I may still have a copy of that burried in my garage along with so many other artefacts that I have gathered over the years and maybe one day I will find it again.

Anyhow, I installed my first digital video systems a couple of years later and the thought that suddenly you could edit full screen video on a Mac with a Miro Motion card and a small RAID array just blew me away.

I tinker when I have the time and one of the other sites I contribute to, www.collardracing.co.uk , has some video I have edited and posted.

Of course everybody and their dog is into DV these days but 3D is still a wee bit more select, but don't worry it's time will come.
